During the opening ceremony, Jeff Cooper (ISWA President) and Ms Swarupa Ganguli (USEPA) will officially announce the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding to promote a more formal and organised cooperation between ISWA and the United States Environmental Protection Agency/Global Methane Initiative.
